General Terms and Conditions – CODA Restaurant
1. Introductory provisions
These GTC govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the CODA restaurant and guests.
By entering the restaurant or making a reservation, the guest agrees to these GTC.
2. Reservations
Reservations can be made by telephone, email, online via the integrated booking system, or in person.
A credit card or deposit may be required as a guarantee to confirm a reservation for special events.
If a guest does not arrive within 30 minutes of the confirmed booking time, the booking may be cancelled.
3. Cancellation policy for individual bookings
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation.
Late cancellations may be subject to a charge.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are listed on the menu inclusive of VAT.
Payment can be made in cash or by card. Guests staying at the Aria Hotel may charge their restaurant bill to their hotel account and pay upon departure. A
10% service charge applies.
5. Dress code and conduct
The restaurant has a dress code: smart casual.
Staff may refuse service to guests under the influence of alcohol or behaving inappropriately.
6. Allergens
Information on allergens is available on request.
Guests must declare any allergies before ordering.
7. Liability for damage
The restaurant is not liable for items left outside designated areas.
Guests are liable for damage to the restaurant’s property.
8. Complaints
Any complaints must be made immediately.
Complaints will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for the purposes of bookings and services.
10. Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Czech law.
The restaurant reserves the right to make changes.
